Technical Help Needed To Make This Clip More Presentable
 

I need some technical help here.
Attached is a clip from Irish comedian Dave Allen's 1970s BBC comedy show and there are a few clips that would be welcome additions here on OCC, but whoever has loaded it up on YouTube has framed it to give it a cinematic look which looks stupid. I have tried various software fixes to remove the superfluous screen bits and focus only on the moving image in the middle but with no luck. Can someone with a better tekky knowledge than I have a look at this and advise how it can be fixed. Once fixed I can add this and a few other clips to an appropriate thread.

I just cropped it and used iMovie's "enhance" feature.

I'm sure some of the pro's around here can do better

This is often done to trick YouTube's content recognition software so that it doesn't get taken down.
