This may be completely wrong...but I think I read somewhere of a tragic fatal accident involving her (and partner)

Don't think it was on this site....but memory tells me I read it.

Her pics and profile were pulled from that site......

I hope the news was incorrect.....very sad if it was true

Sadly, it's true.
They both died in a motorcycle accident in August 2013.
I found the newspaper article.
