Naked America
 

Since I haven't posted much nudity lately, I thought this might make up for it. This was another special on HBO. Might be the most people naked in one place you'll ever see. Actually I think someone requested this a while back. Here's the first clip I made. According to this vid, it looks like they will not arrest you for being nude in the street but the person taking a picture of it can be arrested. More soon.

Interesting video. We seem to be so conflicted in this country about nudity. Taking a picture
of a public activity on a public street is hardly in the catagory of a hidden camera. Perhaps the police
are protecting a franchise or something.

The programme is called "Naked States" and it is a documentary of Spencer Tunick's project to photograph nudes in every (mainland?) state of the USA. Great programme, he recruits a his models just by walking up and asking them if they want to pose nude, and the documentary captures it all. There's a scene where he asks this teenage girl if she wants to pose nude, then her Hells Angel dad shows up... quite funny!

Also check out "Naked World," his follow up project photographing nudes on each continent.

Both programmes and other Tunick projects have been the subject of previous OCC threads.

Thanks daveduchovny. According to your info, this must be the naked world part. I thought the title was Naked America. Mabey They were only showing parts from Naked America at the begining of Naked World. I had no idea he did another one about just Naked America. Sorry about the confusion. Would love to see that.

Spencer's Girlfriend
 

No, the girl in NA4 is a French woman who contacted him on the internet. However, Spencer's girlfriend (who was in Naked States but never got naked) did eventually pose for him in Naked World, in his Antarctic pictures. I guess there weren't many local women there to approach!

For long-term Spencer-watchers, finally seeing his girlfriend nude was a great pleasure! I hope Dro continues posting clips from Naked World (although i have it on VHS somewhere anyway!), he will get to her eventually!
