question about how to blur faces
 

do people mind videos with the girls' face blurred?? Ive got some good homemade voyuer shower vids made myself, but a little to affraid to let the unsuspecting sister-in-laws face let loose in the web.......... second question is, if nobody cares about the pixelated face.. how would I got about doing it to the video? (photos are no prob.. i have photoshop.. but videos... would ImageReady do it some how??)

I know some people don't like photos or videos with blurred faces, but other members won't mind one bit. I don't think you should let that be a deciding factor.

I'm afraid I don't have any advice on how to blur part of the screen for a video. Hopefully one of the other members here will be able to help out.

I would love to see them (vids and/or pics) blurred or not. Sometimes it's even better blurred depending. I heard of a program called gmask but I only tried it because I heard that it would remove the mosaic mask and I don't think that's what it did or it did but only if you blurred it with that program. Not sure. I know it would mask pictures and I think it could do vids but that was a while ago and I can't remember. If you haven't already, You could take some caps of the vids and post and see what the response is to the blurred pics.

Thanks for the tip on blurring software. I, frankly, don't want to be sued if something I post
gets out into the larger Web world. I've got access to original stuff, but fear repercussions
in view of some recently passed video voyeur laws. I have no doubt that some things that
are posted here will eventually find their way to the P2P networks and newsgroups.

In many instances, at least to me, it is the circumstance that is sexy more than the
physical appearance of the participants, so blurring faces is fine.

I wish I could help but I will say this...

When it is YOUR material you should ALWAYS do what you think is best for yourself. I posted a vid I made myself of a person I know putting sunlotion on topless in the summer and I cut the frames that had a face visible. Whenever I get more material I will post it, but I feel more comfortable blurring faces or omitting them and I won't change that for anything. If anyone complains then they aren't concerned with YOUR position and their complaints should be ignored.
