I just did a search at GUBA. It looks like it was posted on the alt.binaries.nospam.breasts.natural newsgroup on 5-20-2004.

It's from a British documentary that covered everything from birth to death. The woman was shown in the series in varying stages of her pregnancy, finishing with a live home birth. I can't remember the name of the series, maybe "The Human Experience"
