I don't know whether this kind of pants have a particular name. But I surely find them hot - especially when worn barefoot.
Of course I'd love to see some topless shots of girls wearing them - and if you have any, POST 'EM!. But for a start, NN shots can do.

Great topic. I especially like those pants when the girls are wearing an string under it or may be nothing, for instance when they are visiting a nude beach. The moments they take their pants of or on (with no slip) is very exciting.

In French, we call them "sarouel", and I think it's the literal transcription of the Arabic word.

granddictionnaire.com translates it by "harem pants".

However, sarouels are usually much lower between the legs than the indian salwar, which is much like usual pants, simply generally with wider legs.
