I rate the pic
9.5/10 - The Reasons
1. Clear shot of panties
2. Legs nicely spread
3. Type of skirt is perfect
4. Can see her legs entirely
5. Perfect lighting/ very clear!

I dropped the 0.5 because
1. Should have been a closer shot
2. Could have wore better panties E.g better colour
