It got 7 signatures (whooaaaa) , but given that the petition is dated 2004, the same year as the British (parody) TV show "Ban this Filth" I feel it may have been a joke/viral petition.


The 4th Volume was billed as "North V South."

Also, there is a suggestion that it was connected to a British "Lad's Magazine" (although not the one mentioned on thr girls T-Shirt.


Based on what you've said too, all things considered, it sounds like there isn't much else to be found.

Okay so this is basically a get naked contest at a bar in Lawrence, KS home of the University of Kansas. At the end of each semester the 'Phoggy Dog' bar holds the Miss Phoggy Dog contest.
