A lot of the "stories" here are either concocted of exaggerated. That's why I take everything I read with a grain of salt; as I believe everyone should do when reading anything off the internet. I'm not saying the OP outright lied; but there might be more (or less) to his story. That's a real thing.
If my wife knows she's going to be seen naked at the nudist resort, she going to grab the razor first. The fact that most of them women there are bald is not lost on her, and she's going to feel better about herself with minimal pubes; because she's going to feel that she "blends in" better.
If a woman is laying at the resort next to us with her legs open, my wife is going to "low-key" do it too. It's a "competition thing" for a lot of women. Of course many will not admit it. It's the old "plausible deniability" routine.

Back in the late 70's or so, we went and visited my Aunt Claire and Uncle Jim in California.
