I've seen both floating around, can't find them any more. I think the full scene was sort of at the end of a non-related You Tube video? Anyways, any help?

A classic, but no, not the one I'm thinking of. Your clip is early (Channel 4) Hale and Pace- the BBC venture was unsuccessful, shame as that Naked Civil Servant WAS a good scene.
