Request: Help-- better version from 2003 OCF

Does anyone have a higher res. version of this image from the Oregon County fair 2003? Or any other images of this cutie in the series? Have been looking all over. No luck. Just this cropped low-res image. If someone can share I would be grateful.

What ever happened to OCF ??? Never see any pics anymore, do they still have it or has the rules changed at the fair ??
