My wife was showing like this during a road trip we did with a few of my friends. She's exhausted taking care of our baby and doesn't bother to pull up her pants anymore. In the episode Grumble Bee of MMPR from the 90s AJJ who plays the Pink PR gets up from classroom seat and if you slow it down a bit to me there is a tiny peak of white showing above her jeans. Yeah it’s a stretch I know it’s blurry quality but to me it’s got to be panty (and I’m sure cause it was the 90s you can fantasize what brand of panty it could be) cause as she gets up the white slowly disappears.
