Approaching Potential Models

I need some advice on approaching potential models for some swimsuit photo shoots (work my way into nudies).
I'm a pretty good photographer (Real Estate and I get paid) and would like to explore some glamour bikini shooting. I live very close to some very beautiful beaches and would like to get a couple lovely ladies to pose for me. I recently spoke with a super duper hottie about it and she asked me what kind of story I want to tell. Holy fudgesickles, I just want to shoot super duper hot babes in little or nothing but I can't tell them that. I need some good, creative bull malarkey to tell tell these lovely ladies so I can get them out of their street clothes and into some wicked weasel/Malibu Strings. I'm pretty creative with photography but not at verbalizing junk to women.
I'd appreciate any help and direction.

I just need some good junk ladies like to hear. From a perspective they'd like? I dunno, flowery, hippi dippi stuff? Someway I can make them imagine I'll be transporting them to a fantasy world they didn't realize existed while not noticing my bonerfied boner.

Taking a course on glamour photography would help to learn the business side but as other as said you need to pay models, at least to start with.
Build a portfolio and website so people can see you know your craft to a reasonable standard.
After that it is possible to approach girls, hand a business card and ask them to look at the website.
Just say "call me if you are interested" and walk away. These days especially girls are likely to be freaked out by creepy behaviour.
