Here's a second scene from Hunter of Beautiful Girls and is the climax of the film. The villain protagonist has captured a woman he's known all his life but never dated. While in his basement lair, she needs to relieve herself, which is difficult while being bound up. In a show of compassion, he cuts off her panties so she doesn't soak them (while not uploaded in the photos, the actual watersports is more humorous than disgusting as it's clearly water from a hose being used).

Afterwards, he rips open her blouse and cuts her softcup bra right off her chest (I love those conservative but feminine late 70s and 80s bras).

This dude could write a master's thesis on how to cut off a woman's clothes!

I agreed 70s bras were the best.
