The scene in question is from a 1994 Hong Kong film directed by Otto Chan called : "Screwball '94". It's Chinese title is "不文女学堂"

Thanks man, I appreciate the help. I already found the movie though, so I'm no longer so desperate to get my hands on this particular clip.

If you'd like though, I would be very much interested in more Asian ENF clips, as I think a lot of others on this forum would. So if it's not too inconvenient, sharing your knowledge on some good material would be very much appreciated.

This is Haruna Kojima in a Japanese TV show called "Megutan", there are around 25 episodes of the show and in each one there is a scene where her skirt is blown up revealing her underwear.
