Problem uploading images...

Howdy all! So I'm having problems attaching images lately. I know how to attach, I've done it many times in the past. But for some reason lately after I press 'Upload', I find myself waiting 20-30 minutes without any action. The window just 'hangs' there doing nothing (saying it's uploading), or I get a 'Cannot find server/This page cannot be displayed' error window.
Anyone have any suggestions as to what's happening? I'm assuming it's on my end somehow, but maye not.

Hi ackrnin, as far as I'am aware there arent any problem's this end with uploading, I uploaded a few picture's yesterday and it worked fine for me .

maybe you isp is experiencing problem's.

Thanks for the reply eNergy. I've thought about the situation a bit, and I'm finding simularities to other problems I've had, namely with hotmail and other online email accounts. I have the hardest time attaching things to messages, and sending even the shorest text on most days takes more than a minute or so. I'm on cable, running Xp Pro, and I do have a fair knowledge about computers.. to my eyes everything should run just hunky-dory! The only problem I can concieve is that theres something blocking/restricting my ports someway/somehow. I'll have to look into it.
