Videos not working

I'm new here today, just need a little help from you all, say for instance I go to click on a video it wont play I cant even see the video box? Just takes me to the profile and tells me what other videos they have, how can I simply watch posted videos?

I purchased the one click lifetime pass,
But videos will not open only get a link to the op profile.
What am I doing wrong?

I have been a member here for a LONG time and have always been able to stream vids by clicking on them. I just bought a new Samsung Galaxy Tab 5S+ and while I can still download the vid, I can't stream them any longer. Anyone know what might have happened?

Sorry...my tablet is a Galaxy Tab S7 +5G and when I click on a video, this all I get (screen capture):

When I try to play a video on Safari, I get a 'HTML5: Video file not found' error.

If I switch to Chrome, everything works fine.

I'm having this problem now after resetting my mobile, no matter what browser I'm using the videos do not show up. Yes I am upgraded
