Options for capping vids

anyone have any other recommendations? i'd rather not load up my computer with even more software, but if i have to i guess i will. i've noticed some software mentioned earlier in this thread, but that was 4 years old and i assume there's new/better stuff now.

Image Grabber can make automatic cap collages. VirtualDub can pull single frame caps so you can make collages yourself. Both are good options and what I use to make all of my cap collages.
