Bank Robbery, EUF (Superhero TV show)

A female super villain named Hurricane (they really should have called her Blowjob), uses her powers to rob a bank. One of the bank tellers gets her clothes blown off in the process. The show is called; Black Scorpion. It seems to be similar in tone to the campy 1960's Batman series. I've never seen it, but I believe it was on the Sci Fi channel. Credit to the original uploader. Does anyone know if there are more scenes of interest in this show?

Donna Baltron is the name of the actress and "Wave Goodbye" is the name of the episode if anyone is wondering.

Good scene. Funny she is cloned with no clothes, but amazingly she has a lot of makeup on!
