Let's see if I can give an overview:

In Germany you can find so called FKK-clubs, which are spas where men go to find hookers (and everyone who enters is fully aware of this). These clubs have hijacked the term FKK, the German term for naturism. Most German naturists detest these places for the fact that they call themselves FKK-clubs, and I fully understand this. If you e.g. google for 'FKK in Berlin', odds are that the naturist sites will be swamped by the bloody FKK club adds.

There are swinger clubs, and these are just that, swinger clubs. I guess you could call them 'freewheeling nudist spas' but most would not do so.

There are a huge number of sites (hotels, spas, communal baths, gyms,...) which contain a 'wellness area' where people are supposed to be naked in at least the saunas, steam baths and jacuzzis, and, often (but not always) in the pools. Germans tend to be open-minded about 'public displays of affection', but overtly sexual behavior will get you thrown out from most of these places. Now, German sex forums do draw up list of places where the management doesn't have the energy to reinforce the rules, and I guess you could look for these, but keep in mind that these lists are quite temporary. A place which does not reinforce these rules will loose customers, and then the management will have to find the energy to 'clean things up'. These wellness areas come in all sizes, from ' a sauna, a jacuzzi and a few chairs for relaxation' to '15+ saunas, a lot of pools, and acres of relaxation chairs with green plants and fountains in between'. In a lot of them you can order massages, nail care, Chakra balancing, you name it.

There are also places which are all nude, because there is nothing except a wellness area.


I very much doubt that you can find nude places like Cap d'Agde or Eureka in Germany.
