It has to do with image size.
If the thumbnail (generated by OCC when you upload,) is the same size or larger than the original, the thumbnail will move. If the original is larger, the thumbnail will be a still.
I have no idea what the threshold size is. The same thing happens with JPG files too. The smaller images end up at the bottom of the post and are not clickable. If anyone knows off hand what the threshold size is, please post. Thanks! |

i dont understand how to predict it, last post seemed like everything under a meg moved, this one has one that is almost 2 m and it moves, how to predict how it reacts in the browser after posting?
