(Slightly off topic) A little assistance???

Hey all

I seem to be having a problem with my Snag-It program. Never had a problem with it in all the time I've owned it but now all my captures are extremely blurry, to the point of not being able to see the video very well at all. Does anyone have any advice on how to correct this? I've even been to the Techsmith site and there was nothing there that helped.

hey intruder,

i've used snag-it in the past and have had the same problem...the playback looks pixilated beyond recognition. i got some clearer videos when i bumped my fps rate (pro or full version) and tweaked some of the sound/extras...basically i disabled everything i didn't feel i needed. in the end i switched to divx recorder and haven't had a glitch since.
