Thank you, mine. I got so angry (partially in retrospect) about the crush/behaviour of photographers, especially at the initial departure of the ride this year, I was reluctant to post any of mine this year. I think if photographers who respect the riders can curb/shame the ones who don't, we may avoid drastic changes to the way the ride happens in future (which I think are likely otherwise).

Being forced to leave in almost single file isn't pleasant or safe, and splits the ride up, and is a big part of the reason many only do the ride once.

Well said, as a rider (in the past) as well as a fan and photographer, these wonderful events and protests do need to be trated with a certain respect. It always seems to be people from ethnic oriins that would NEVER allow this osrt of display who behave badly, in my experience.

PS, is that ugly guy riding with her or her boyfriend? If so, damn, even I am better looking than him!!...and that says a lot
