You defiantly did the right thing. I act as if I never notice and I let the women employees do the notifications of too much cleavage, too short of a skirt, ect (they notice just as often as we do). Not really a down the blouse more of a really nice side view. Recently when boarding Amtrak's Lincoln Service a young woman boards business class with us.
