Wow, great find! Reminds me of a couple other shows on WB/UPN:

Shasta McNasty - weird show about a rock band featuring Jake Busey. They had a party once and one girl partied naked. She was hidden by a ball.

Some show, I can't remember the name, I'll try to look it up. But the main character was a young guy who was a dentist. He had a "problem" where one of his patients was a hot girl who would show up in his dentist chair completely naked, covered by his equipment.

Finally figured out the show. Its "The Random Years" which aired only four shows. The show with the naked patient is "Men Behaving Sadly" and the actress was Lola Glaudini.
