The absolute key was that the original red bra pic was a fairly high quality high res pic. I copied the original and renamed it and then cropped the pic such that it showed nothing but her face. Then I searched Yandex for that pic. At first I didn't think I had any matches but when I looked really close I thought to myself - well this girl does look a lot like the first one. Let me look even closer. When I saw the similarities between her areolas and the moles I was pretty sure I had the right woman. It probably helps A LOT that in both pics she's tilting her head slightly to the right and smiling.

I searched and found the two you posted and no more. They are vintage pics so if there were more out there I would think someone would of found them by now. Of course, I could be wrong. I am surprised once in a while after I search high and low and someone comes up with more pics. Good luck, she's a cute vintage lady.

Okay, so your problem here is that both the pics you have provided are collages. If you use an image search engine, it is most likely that all you will get as results are more collages - of men and women, clothed or naked (or a bit of both), any ages etc.
So it pays to start with a simple crop exercise to separate out the images. Re-do it for the double to get both pics and four times for the other one to get them all. You will be amazed at how the results will differ if you do this and now the search engine is more likely to focus on facial characteristics, which is what you want.
