The other factor is that with backpackers and travellers it is not always easy to shave fully when you are staying in hostels etc. The showers can be on a timer or shared, so you don't have time to shave beyond the legs.

Hence the ratio to shaved/unshaved differs as per the season.

Any updates from the European spas? I can report no significant difference on European nude beach i.e. mostly shaved.

Every winter I go to a sauna once a week. So, I have seen a lot of “usual” sauna nudity. Some girls are shy and covered all the time, some are not shy at all, time to time you meet exhibitionist... But during one of the visits, I have seen something what was quite different.

Few years ago, I went to a sauna world with several saunas and started in one quite small, just for a few people. Although it is quite dark in most of the saunas, this one is well lit. I went in. The sauna was really small and narrow. There were just two levels of benches on the left, two levels of benches on the right and only about 1 meter space between them. Two guys sitting on the right top bench and two young people lying on the left: A guy on the top bench, a girl on the bottom bench. Probably a couple. Both of them properly wrapped in plain white bedsheets. There was room for me on the right top bench, so I sat there.

I have just started enjoying the heat, when the guy from the couple whispered to the girl something, probably that it is too hot for him and that he would like to go. She said that it is too early for her, so she will stay a little longer. And he said OK and left sauna. We could hear, he was showering outside and then probably went somewhere. After a while, the girl sat and looked outside though the glass door. But it was quite strange. It was like she was playing pantomime. Like she was an actress acting like looking behind a corner, which was not real, so she made it very obvious. It was quite strange, so I also looked outside and nobody was there, her boyfriend already left.

Then the girl got up, unwrapped herself from the bedsheet, laid it on the lower bench and lay down on it, completely naked on her back. She put her hands behind her head closed her eyes and inhaled and exhaled deeply. It was like: My boyfriend left, so finally, I can enjoy it.

So, she was lying like this in well-lit sauna, in front of us three guys, naked on her back, hands behind her head, legs slightly apart. She was in her twenties, brown long hair, definitely doing some sport, athletic type of body, B-cups, rather smaller areolas, prominent nipples, completely shaved. Nothing left for imagination.

Unfortunately, the show did not last long. It was obvious she had spent some time inside already, she was sweating a lot, so she left quite soon.

If you are a solid 7 or 8 girl, when you grow up you realise that all the guys look at you. You adjust your dress to attract more and more looks. Whilst you might complain about 'dirty old men' you actually get a lift out of the attention.

If you then go to a naked resort, you are fully aware that you are naked and guys will be attracted to you. You play the game of plausible deniability, but you are fully aware that all the eyes are on you. If you sit fully naked in front of 3 guys in a sauna, that is nothing but a full on exhibition. But remember you enjoy it and they enjoy it and your boyfriend gets a good time when back in the hotel room.
