That's not vintage. That is Chloe des Lysses, who was a model a decade or so ago. B&W doesn't always mean vintage.

Thanks. I didn't know that. I just downloaded it a long time ago in mixed vintage posts on another site. it's true that black and white does not necessarily mean vintage. But 10 years ago is sort of bordering on retro if we stretch the definition. Usually I regard retro as 1980-1999, and vintage before that. Thanks for the input.

Right, folks. I've tried to define the difference between true vintage and "retro" with little success. For me, vintage would date back as far as the 1920's through the 1940's or 50's. Retro would then fill in from the 50's up through the 70's. But, whether color or black and white is of little concern either way. It all depends on one's point of view I suppose. Suffice to say, call it whatever you wish---just share anything you like.

I've seen some of my very own stuff showing up as "vintage" on various sites and groups.

This is how I see it. Of course it is only my opinion based on other people's posts on many different sites:

Retro 1980-1999

Vintage 1920-1979

Antique: pre-1920

It's a very subjective thing, and these are only guidelines I have found useful.

I'm sure there are those who have different definitions, and it would be interesting to get some more input on this topic. :-)
