Yes all the time, I actually am really curious about it. Initially she was not very forthcoming with the information but I have been smart about getting the info out. What I found helps, is to plead ignorance on a sexual matters. 1) Not the exact number, no.

2) 4, 5 or 6. Four I know she slept with. One guy she was just very friendly with. I know she gave him at least one blowjob, but she says it never went further than that. The other one I'm not sure about, but I think she did.
