This is the second person that is saying my zips are requiring passwords. "boapolla" can you tell me exactly which post it was that was causing this issue. I have never put any passwords on anything.

Has anybody found out why the files are coming up password protected when extracting?

Not sure why users are having issues with passwords on zip files. I am not doing anything on my end that I know of that would cause this.

For now I am going to stop posting until I figure out what is going on. I can download them all just fine with out any passwords so I am not sure what is happening?

I am using WinRar to unzip the files and I am having no problems with anything saying password protected, they unzip just fine.

I use Zipeg and was unable to open the last zip, 01-27-2009 (5), I kept getting an error message.

I got password-boxes when using the in-build zip from windows. But when using winrar, everything worked fine!
