At least here in the US other than in SF nude runs are either nonexistent or so unusual that they are not reported. Most places if anyone ran naked for 5K they would be arrested. Maybe in other countries less hung up on nudity one could get away with it but it is hard to imagine someone being the only participant doing it. I for one would love to be a spectator to someone running naked.
I know if it were allowed where we are I'd find a way to get my wife to be a naked runner. I'd love to see her on display for 5K. She'd hate it and love it at the same time.
Got a feeling there would be a few OCC members asking the where and when she would be streaking.
Is there any specifics as to where these runs occur, or they just a fantasy?

The dates for the 2017 Clothing Optional races that Pretzel City Sports holds annually have been approved by Sunny Rest Resort in Palmerton; the wonderful facility where they are held. The Wiggle, Jiggle and Giggle 5k Road Race will be held on Saturday, June 10th. Just by chance, that is also the day that Sunny Rest is hosting their annual Naked BaconFest! Just keep the hot dripping fat off your lap. The Bouncing Buns 7k Trail Run will beheld on Sunday, August 27th.

Again, you do NOT have to run naked to do these events; they ARE clothing-optional. But remember that the people for which you competing for awards MAY not be bogged down with extra weight from things like a shirt, pants, underwear, etc. Do you TAKE that RISK??

Last year, the Wiggle had about 135 entries and the Buns had almost 160. The 2016 course changes we made to the Buns have made the run a LOT easier & less “technical” and this will be the course that we use going forward.

The apps for these races will be posted on this site about 4 months before the event. Online registration will also be available on this site at that time

So they are held at a c/o resort, ie. private property. That makes sense and answers a lot of legal questions. Sounds like a lot of fun. Forgive my ignorance, but where is this? I'm on the left coast, but travel all over US and may try to coordinate my travel to be there on one of those dates. Will certainly try to take my wife along and encourage her to run naked. She laughed when I showed her the thread and said she would have to wear a mask if there was a lot of cameras so she wouldn't show up in all her naked glory as a pin-up on the office bulletin board.

Its in Pennsylvania and cameras aren't allowed.

PA, I can do that. No cameras, good. May be able to talk her into doing this. Would love to see my lady running (bouncing) in front of hundreds. Not that any of the men there are there just to see naked women running. Probably just there to cheer along for the cause.
Linda says she might warm to the idea if she knew there would be a lot of men there to see her.

Even if cameras are prohibited there will be plenty of time for that before and after. This is a exciting wager. Obviously I want to win but the risk makes it intense
