This is something special. Only One Topless, yes, but it's a family. Mum, Dad and two twenty something sisters (who look like they might be twins). One of them is regularly topless (from the total lack of tan marks) on the beach or at home in the garden. The other sister (look closely) never is. This is such a normal situation for them that when it comes to a holiday photo on the beach, topless girl remains so, as her dad takes the photos.

This is such a wonderful scenario, and pleasing that this can exist.

This is such a fantastic scenario! What I would pay to see the other sister get brave for once and take her top off in public, only to get caught by your camera. That would be a real treat!

I actually came across a similar scenario when I was vacationing in Florida. It was at a small beach in the Keys without a bathroom/ changing area. Shortly after I got set up at the beach, a family just like the one from your post parked nearby— Dad, Mother, and two daughters around the same age. It was still pretty early in the morning, so the beach wasn’t too crowded.

The Dad was already in his swim trunks and got going on setting up the chairs by the water. The Mom and first daughter changed quickly beside the car with the doors open, protecting some of their modesty but not too worried that other people like me could still see them. I remember the mom having very nice tan breasts and the daughter having a nice athletic body with a great ass and small, firm breasts that fit her athletic frame. Both had been wearing thongs (the mother a black thong and the daughter a teal lacy thong) and both were fully shaved. The other daughter just hung out by the car talking to her mom and sister as they changed.

When the Mom and first daughter finished changing into their bikinis, they all joined the dad down by the water. The parents went for a walk while the two daughters lay on the towels. The other daughter had on jean shorts and a tank top, which she tied up by her bra to let her stomach tan. I could tell she was much paler and more modest than her sister. When the parents returned from their walk, the first daughter joined them in the water but the other daughter stayed behind by the towels.

After about forty minutes of tanning, the other sister got up and went to the car. She opened the two doors again but this time, she hung a towel between the two open doors with the corners tightly wedged into the cracked windows. I could tell she was trying her best to protect her modesty while changing.

The beach park had filled in a lot since the family had first arrived, and there were dozens of families mulling around the beach and parking lot. Unfortunately for the other daughter, the wind was strong and the towel she set up between the two doors kept blowing up, revealing most of her bottom half as she changed.

I noticed that I was not the only person enjoying the show. Several of the dads and their sons kept peeking over to catch glimpses of the changing girl. Unlike the thongs worn by her Mom and Sister, the other daughter was wearing full bodied white cotton panties with thin horizontal navy stripes. Her entire body was quite pale but it was clear her ass had never seen a minute of sun. Just like her sister, she had a nice an athletic body but sported a thick, dark bush. As she bent over to grab her underwear from the ground, she mooned the entire beach, showing her dark asshole and thick pubes to her onlookers. I don’t think she was aware just how much the towel was flapping in the wind.

Once her bikini was properly tied, she took down her makeshift towel fort and went back to join her family by the water. Ironically, had she just changed with the rest of her family when she first arrived, she would have preserved a lot more of her modesty. Instead she waited until the crowds had come in and was seen by many more people, despite her best efforts with the towel.
