I thought that after the first image, see the girl twirling the rosette with her legs the wrong way to cover herself in traditional calendar fashion. However, it doesn't detract from the poses even if they are cleaned up a bit...amazing.

The women often are a bit washed out, on occassion to the point where you can barely see parts of them. A great calendr but it seems like something has been removed. Girls look to smooth. Even butts seemed to have been fuzzed.

If you zoom in on this pic where the other person leg is behind her butt seems to be some pixel editing. Like a string was removed from the leg

This seems to be a bit against the free and fun attitude of the calendar. But does anyone think this was actually done? A LOT of the girls in the 2011 calendar have tan lines. Somethine else interesting mentioned in this document are two US calendars I haven't heard of before:

Brown Uni for Southside Community Land Trust
and
Hampshire College Ultimate Frisbee Team (which may be done each year!!)

Any info on these calendars would be appreciated, especially the Frisbee one.

As I mentioned before, way,way back on page 98, a friend of mine obtained this calendar from one of the girls who is in it. She is at the same Uni as the girl and kindly asked her, on my behalf, if she would be willing to complete a survey to aid with research into the positives and negatives of naked charity calendars as a fund raising tool. (Blatant rip off of your idea Dalquaz! - Many thanks!)
The girl said she would, and offered to ask the other girls in the calendar as well. I ended up with three completed surveys, all of which made interesting reading, though one in particular was amazingly detailed and frank.

I wanted these surveys for my own benefit, as I love the background stories to these calendars almost as much as the calendars themselves, and I do not intend to bore everyone by reproducing the surveys in full. However, if anyone is interested, I would be more than happy to post some of the more interesting answers.

As requested, the surveys about charity calendars. I have combined the three to make life a little easier. I have called the girls P,R & S to protect their identities. Where they have all given the same answer I have used A!

Q1 Who benefits from the calendar?

A Help for Heroes and money towards our new clubhouse.

Q2 Have you raised money for this charity previously?

A Not for Help for Heroes, but the clubhouse is an ongoing project.

Q3 If the answer to Q2 is yes, what other fund raising metods have you used?

A Discos, raffles, sponsored walks and themed evenings.

Q4 Who was behind the idea to do a naked calendar?

P It was S

Q5 What was the inspiration for the calendar - was it the 'Calendar Girls' film?

P S said that she had read about a group of rugby players doing a calendar.
R S wanted to do one because her friends said she wouldn't!
S I was talking to some of my friends about raising money for the clubhouse and said I had seen a piece in the paper about some rugby boys doing a naked calendar and jokingly suggested we do one. My friends fell about laughing! I am probably the least likely girl in the whole hockey club to get naked and the told me so. I'm not a girly girl - I do sport and paintball and don't flash the flesh. They thought the idea was so funny I decided then and there to it - I'm also very stubborn!

Q6 Was their any opposition to the idea?

P Everyone loved the idea, especially the guys.
R No, probably because no one believed S would go through with it.
S Everyone was very supportive - disbelieving, but supportive.

Q7 Was any pressure put on you to participate?

P No, I loved the idea. My name was down as soon as the notice went up.
R No. I hadn't put my name down, but when S asked me I thought, why not?
S My idea.

Q8 Did you tell your family and friends you were participating?

P Yes
R No
S Yes

Q9 If you did tell them what was their reaction?

P Family fine, boyfriend livid - ignored him anyway. He just didn't want his mates seeing me naked. He's now my ex.
R -
S Stunned disbelief.

Q10 After deciding to take part did you have any doubts?

A No.

Q11 What was the gender of the photographer and did it have bearing on your decision to participate?

P Male - No, but it did annoy the boyfriend even more.
R Male - Was a little concerned, but he was great.
S Male - Not at all

Q12 Was there any debate and agreement as to the level of nudity prior to the photo shoot?

P Yes, S was pretty determined that it was going to be a nude calendar and we were all happy with that. As it turned out we had skirts and knickers on in a couple of shots, something I know S regrets. Personally I loved the shot of three of us with the skirts on lifting them up at the back, though it would have been even better if we had lost the knickers.
R It was always going to be a nude calendar if S had anything to do with it.
S We chatted about it and I said I was getting naked, but it was up to each individual to decide how much they wanted to show. Happily, everyone got naked on the day.

Q13 How would you describe the experience of being photographed for the calendar?

P Fantastic -we had such a laugh
R It went so much better than I expected. I was nervous beforehand but the photographer was great and it was very relaxed and good fun.
S Terrifying! My idea, my insistance that we should be naked - but scared to death. Just couldn't get naked for my first photo - ended up wearing my hockey skirt - what a coward. Managed to get naked for the next one and everything was great after that.

Q14 Did you have editorial contol over the photos?

A Yes

Q15 Were you happy with the finished calendar?

P Yes, loved all the photos and thought we looked great.
R Yes - liked the calendar but it seemed weird thinking of myself naked on some strangers wall.
S Better than I ever imagined. Especially loved the group shot - I can't believe he managed to get a descent shot of us all looking at the camera and not laughing or showing anything we shouldn't be. It was the last photo we did and by then everyone was on a high - we were pulling faces and flashing him - anything to put him off. He finally gave up when three of us gave him a very explicit view of our anatomy!
