An honour to post to my Fav Pic thread!
I love knickers under pantyhose so here's a few to get this fantastic thread back up the boards!

This lovely woman was part of a speaking panel on stage at a communications conference and decided to wear a business like black suit with a fairly short skirt and black tights.
