I am 71 and could no longer get hard, but look into penile implants. Medicare pays for them and they make a massive difference in your life. I had an implant done in June and even when the implant is not inflated I am still hard enough to penetrate. When inflated you will be rock hard and as big as you were when you were 18. I know for a fact that Medicare does not pay for the Tri-mix. I tried it, and even though it worked it was rather expensive and has to me made by a specific pharmacy.
