I have tried Tineye and Yandex, but had no additional pics through them. I also tried Google image again, but nothing. Are the file names a clue here?

Good idea, but rarely do you find anything by searching a pic title. I came up with a cute teen and her banana on fusker, but it wasn't the same woman.
