Sauna Deco has a 3 hour time window, I believe. Spa Zuiver would be my suggestion for several reasons: longer time window (6+ hours), bigger facility, more attractive clientele (just my personal experience). As for timing, I'd suggest going from 3pm onward as the alcohol consumed in afternoon and evening further lowers inhibitions.
