Can anyone locate this pic? This woman flashes around Sarasota, Florida a lot, so that may be a clue.

Yes, this is in Sarasota on Island Park on the bayfront (27.330651,-82.544989). The buildings in the background are on U.S. 41.

Regarding to the fact that they sell Nestlé Schöller icecream instead of Nestlé Motta or Nestlé (Gervais) icecream i would say at a first glance that this is in Austria, Germany or may be a Balkan country like Croatia?

It is 14 Dock Street, Annapolis, Md. 21401. Do a Google search for this address and you will find a picture of the building currently showing it for lease..
