The direct Sauna World entrance takes you to the sauna area’s own changing room. At least when I was there last time - a few years back - people would tend to change, or rather strip, in the open. But there were rows of lockers that were too directly exposed to folks arriving fully dressed and I remember that most people seemed to avoid getting naked directly in front of those. You’ll get a sense of it when you get there.

The people who enter the Sauna World coming from the textile water park - that is, wearing swimsuits - tend to strip then and there, in the open, as soon as they arrive in the sauna area.

I've seen similar when entering from a waterpark in Germany. You come out of a corridor into the open circulation area, where there are cubby holes to put your stuff in. You just have to stand there and strip, there's nowhere to hide.

Not Sauna World but in general I've always been surprised at the number of young people and how comfortable they are exposing themselves. I would say a third 20s to early 30s, a third 30s to 40s and a third over 50.

In my experience, the age range is very broad and the male/female ratio is balanced.

However, as in any such place, that depends on when exactly you go there. On a Monday during the day, in summer, for instance, all of that is much worse.

In my (Spa and Sauna) Experience it really depends on the location. With a younger and hipster location like V@bali, there are a lot more shaved and trimmed people than in smaller Saunas or especially than in regular Hotels with Sauna for example.
