This is a contest held in Cannes in 1985 from a German article and the winner appears to be German. Can anybody please translate this?

I believe that this was a one-off festival called "Desert Daze" held at the Shangri-La Guest Ranch near Phoenix, Arizona in 1964. The winner is called Ann and the runner-up (2nd left in the first picture below) is Marsha. Here are the only other pics that I have...
