I had a really strange experience today, I was following a hottie in a short tight minidress and was getting in position behind her as she was getting on the escalator, but another (Chinese guy) pretty much squeezes his way in front of me to stand directly behind her, that should have been my spot. "damn it" I thought to myself. Then I notice the guy is standing very awkwardly with his laptop bag, covering his side in an peculiar way. When we get to the top of the escalator, the guy stops and immediately goes down again.
My first thought is that this guy just upskirted that girl I meant to get a sneak peek of. So I follow him down to investigate

at the foot of the escalator he just stands there and apparently makes a phone call, looking around all the time. At this point in time I am dead sure he is looking for a new upskirt target. So I get my camera ready and wait for him to make a move. I see him spotting two babes in miniskirts and he immediately starts walking up behind them.
I position myself at the foot of the escalator, on the side, and just films straight up, hoping to get some footage of his technique.
It doesnt show clearly on the vid here, but from where I was standing it was SO OBVIOUS, he was actually stretchin his arm out AND down, to get a good angle. This guy is bound to be caught, no doubt.

Comments to pics and vid: he is the guy in short sleeved white shirt behind the girl in orange miniskirt.
Another curious thing which I notice about 16 secs into the vid, is that the girl behind him, clearly looks down and seems to know what this guy is doing and she just appears to whisper something to her friend/workmate behind her, but does nothing to advice the girl in the orange miniskirt.
Two things to learn from this:
1. people around you are more likely to catch you than the subject.
2. It somehow confirms my belief that Chinese people in general keep to themselves and dont care at all about strangers.

This guy was clearly a rookie, or just plain stupid and careless

That's crazy you caught someone in the act. He'll definitely have plenty of opportunity to practice but will he get caught before he gets good enough? That's the question. Maybe for his next attempt, he'll duct tape a video camera from 1980 to his shoe. lol
