Yes, so they enforce by scanning all images for not being labeled properly, and obviously delete the account if not labeled properly.

Better options exists, like google photos, just that they are more expensive. I was rather thinking doing my own anyway.

I suspect that an AI was used here, either Faceswap or completely AI. No image hits via Google, Tineye Pimeye, and Lenso.AI. But there are plenty of hits for the French porn actress Brigitte Lahaie. I feel like the faces don't match the background in terms of their "clarity."
