This is the most interesting dynamic. My girlfriend and I went on holiday with her bff and her boyfriend last summer. We’re planning to go on a trip with them again but nothing booked yet and my gf wants to stay in the uk because the weather is nice rn.

it's quite normal. Girls go topless on the beach if there aren't anyone they know around.

Showing their breasts to strangers evidently embarrasses them less than showing them to friends and acquaintances.

I still find it very exciting when some girls go topless and others don't,

and I'd like to understand the psychology of both.
