I love seeing nipples poking through a top. If you can see the outline of the areola it�s even better. I enjoy it when you can tell the nipples are pierced and poking out, but seeing an actual bare pierced nipple is a turn off. The bigger the jewelry the worse it is for me. (Also, women who have their tits all tattooed up on or right around them just kills things for me.).

There are times I think that nipples poking through a shirt are sexier than seeing them uncovered. Maybe its because it's considered taboo, and something we're not supposed to notice. Many thinks to the women who are confident enough to go braless in public. And, I'm probably biased on the pierced part, but a big fan of both. I don't segregate when it comes to boobs. Except when they're tatted. Have to draw the line there.
