Use one of the free VPN's. With Firefox numerous extensions that will do the job.

Common examples include SurfShark and NordVPN. I wouldn't do much browsing in the USA without a VPN because the ISP can sell any data. And in Italy, Germany, and a few other places, there's a lot of censorship.
