She posed for Playboy before she met(?) and married Jimmy Connors. I lived in a Canadian province at that time where Playboy was banned due to the influence of the Catholic Church. So, I was unable to get my hands on Playboy.

Years later I had moved to another province and there was a store that sold inter-alia "girlie" magazines. They had a bin of older mags. I went through the bin and found the edition of Playboy that had the nude pics of Patti McGuire.

I think it was at a swim meet in Cali, Colombia when female swimmers first wore transparent swimsuits. Apparently, it gave them a competitive advantage.

Nope, its an open waters swimming tournament in Peñíscola, Spain, from the 18th of July of this year, if its helps for finding more photos.
