I like to assess everyone, it drives my wife crazy.

It's always impressive when a more mature lady is shaved, as it's going a bit against the norm.

Interesting on the men, I've been heading towards the totally hairless look, but having a full on gorilla bod with no pubic hair would certainly draw attention to the area.

It is my first time to the Netherlands in two weeks time and I have shortlisted these saunas to try:

Wellnessresort Elysium (some people mentioned that it is too crowded and busy though)

Thermen Holiday

Sauna Van Egmond

Hotel & Wellness Zuiver

Sauna Deco

I might not be able to try all of them due to time constraints. Hope that there is a good mix of gender, and ages and I can share my own encounters here.

If there are any tips or advice, feel free to share them 👌

Sunday is prime . Go from opening.it’s gets less crowded from 5pm at most places. Go with the flow, don’t follow girls.

-Crack one out before you go
-Play it cool
-Showers are the best place to see nudity
-Keep hydrated
-Go with your wife / girlfriend: you blend in more and may get an extra kick from seeing her naked and / or seeing others admiring her
-Remember what you've seen and hopefully be comfortable sharing experiences

If "Crack one out before you go" means taking a blue pill and walking around witha boner, don't do that. European nudity is relaxed because it isn't sexual. Prancing around with a boner is crossing the line and will likely get you kicked out.
