I'm not sure about this but I think she's on the council in Wrexham. Could be anyway.

And is it okay to post a link to another site?

It doesn't look like she is a WCB Councillor, judging from their website.

What website? She definitely works for Wrexham County Borough Council. Her husband has his own Photography business and they used to have an account on FliXXr. It's no longer there.

The Wrexham County Borough Council website has a list of all Councillors, with pics, and she is not one of them.
