She was the same girl as posted in this pic, I am not sure that location was ever solved. There is a gallery with a couple of thousand pics of her in the link here **** and most of the cars in her public flashing pics have New York plates

She is the same girl that has flashed in other pics around Pennsylvania, so I am hoping this location can be ID as well.

It seems to me that this picture may be shot infront of a Mr. Ducks store, specialized in apparel/clothing, merchandising, puzzles, toys, books/dvd's etc. See:

Thanks to Cripus and other for locating in Ocean City. Here's another pic from Ocean City, supposedly, but I haven't been able to verify location, as OC may have changed since this pic was taken.

It is not the champlain, that is the Quebec Bridge or "Pont de Quebec" in Quebec city that is running next to the Pierre Laporte bridge (suspended bridge behind it)
