While slapping would make you look bad, I don't think it would be an unreasonable response to the situation... just a somewhat violent one. A strongly worded report to the staff would be the most appropriate.

I have to disagree the place makes it's money from parents dropping off their kids with money to play games. They would ignore your complaints unless you were a kid. I worked at a place like that when I was in high school and the customer is always right. They would have talked to her, but nothing would be done. When we complained about some guy groping us we were told it was our imagination. Business will not do something to hurt their customer base.

The other day I had lunch at a cafe. It’s a place where you order at the counter then they call a number when your food is done. I ordered food then sat in the outdoor area. When I was a kid my mom used to take us to church almost every Sunday. Adjacent to the actual church, but in the same building, was a large room with a small kitchen that served as the communal gathering area. The church was an older building, and for some reason the main bathroom was attached to this communal gathering area. To get to the bathroom, you exited the communal room and went down a narrow stairwell to the bathroom in the basement level. There was also a small, narrow landing right at the top of the stairs going back into the main room.

I would always get excused from sitting in the pews by promising to help out in back. However, I was unsupervised and pretty much roamed about as I pleased. ha, upon recent visits to my old college, I felt bad for the new generation of any upskirt/voyeur fans... because I noticed they have security cameras basically everywhere; guys there now would never be able to get away with the same antics. ^ha, yeah... just about everywhere ya go, there's an "eye in the sky" right there on the ceiling, always looking at you...and with the way society is now, obviously it's not worth the risk. Oh yeah, there was an older building on campus which was another good spot that came to mind... a plain old rectangular design, nothing fancy. The other good thing about this building was that the elevator was at the other end of the long hallway. This resulted in it being much more convenient for a person to choose the stairs since they are right there when entering the building....usually it would just be handicapped and older people going all the way to that other side for the elevator.

That's true, but just looking, without taking any pictures and without using any device (mirror or similar) is still not illegal. And parks also offer great opportunities.
